About: "2004 was a year of much change and transition in my life... I fell in love with the woman that would become my wife, and not too much longer after that we found out we were going to have a baby. During the early part of 2004 and into the summer I started to experiment more with the music software, Reason. Prior to this, most of my music was based on samples but with Reason I found it more flexible in the music creation process because I could create my own melodies. So I was also beginning a transition with my music as well...losing the moniker, Theory of Everything, and using just my name instead. Experimenting with sound, combined with the inspiration of being a father soon, I instantly started creating an album for my unborn daughter, Sophia. In the summer of 2004, Lullaby is what came from the inspiration and was originally released on limited edition 3" CD's. The album is very soft and delicate but playful and electronic at the same time...a big departure from the hip hop beats I was making previously. The album is now being re-released digitally and this time includes remixes from some friends." - Ernest Gonzales
